LONDON: British Prime Minister Kerry Starr has said that Russian President Vladimir Putin will eventually have to come to the negotiating table, calling on world leaders to strengthen Ukraine’s support and maintain pressure on Moscow.
The British leader told about 26 fellow leaders in a group call, hosted by that they should focus on strengthening Ukraine, protecting any ceasefire and maintaining pressure on Moscow.

Diplomatic pressure on Russia
Ukrainian President Wolodmeer Zillsky has warned that Russia aims to achieve a “strong position” before any ceasefire, more than three years before attacking his country.
“They want to improve their situation in the battlefield,” Zlinski told reporters in Kiev.
The ceasefire proposal by the Trump team came when Russia has a hand in several areas along the front in Ukraine.
