In order to accelerate the background of the recent fighting between his senior leaders, Imran Khan’s party -based party, Defense Minister Khawaja Asif gave remarks on Sunday that Pakistan Tehreek Justice (PTI) has participated in various factions.
Addressing a program in Sialkot, the Defense Minister made a joke on the basis of Imran Khan, saying: “The party is just as division as it is the number of members.”
He added, “We do not have to abuse them, they are abusing each other themselves.”
It is important to mention here that currently a tug of war between Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly Speaker Babar Saleem Swati and former Senator Azam Swati.
Also, former Minister Timur Saleem is engaged in a war of words with the Jhagra party’s internal accountability committee. Local media is also reporting the rifts between Ali Amin Gandpur and Junaid Akbar, president of PTI Provincial Chapter.
Last week, Akbar confirmed that when he was taking over the office of the party’s KP president, he had disagreements with CM Gandapur, adding that he buried Hachiti as directed by Khan.
In addition, after a recent statement from Gandpur, the rifles within the PTI have intensified, forcing the party leadership to refrain from issuing public statements to its senior members.
National Assembly (MNA) PTI members Asad Qaiser, Shahram Khan Tarakai, and Atif Khan have demanded an investigation into Gandapur’s statement. Atif said that the Chief Minister’s remarks could damage the PTI founder’s movement, and efforts to release them should not be harassed.
Addressing the program today, Asif said: “PTI members have started calling each other thieves.” He called the PTI founder an “international thief”.
Highlighting the achievements of the PML -N -led government, Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif pursued the country with this difficult situation.
He added, “No one could imagine that electricity prices would fall in the country.”
Last week, Prime Minister Shahbaz announced a significant reduction in electricity prices per unit for residential consumers, which promised to provide more relief in the near future through structural reforms in the power sector.
The Defense Minister said that inflation has also decreased due to effective government policies in recent months. Security also praised the unprecedented sacrifices made by the Armed Forces.
Public support for tackling challenges
Earlier, Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Ataullah Tarar had said that the power and flexibility of the people of Pakistan is the biggest source of inspiration for the government.
Addressing the workers’ convention in NA -127, Lahore, he said that with public support and commitment, even the most complex national challenges can be overcome.
Tarar said that the real power of any government is in its own people, and when the leadership shows strong commitment, sincere intentions, and a clear direction, the divine support is followed and success becomes inevitable.
He said that the government, under Prime Minister Shahbaz, is working 24 hours to provide real and sustainable relief to the citizens. He added, “Despite a critical economy, widespread inflation and political polarization, the government made tough but necessary decisions in the interest of the nation.”
Tarar said that when Pakistan faced extraordinary challenges, the Prime Minister preferred the state over political benefits and refused to endanger the country’s future for short -term political gain. He remarked that elements responsible for economic and institutional destruction are now facing political isolation. “The people of Pakistan have rejected those who have preferred chaos and conflict over development and stability,” he said.
The Minister said that the Prime Minister fulfilled his promise to provide cheap electricity to the people.
The Minister of Information said that Pakistan’s economic performance is now being recognized internationally. He pointed out that with low electricity costs, inflation in single digits, and with the stock market at a height, all economic indicators reflect the prosperous future of Pakistan. “Pakistan is ending, and under the ‘Uran Pakistan’ move, the country is ready to achieve extraordinary economic development,” he said.
Tarar also announced that industrial consumers will benefit from Rs 7.69 per unit from the reduction in electricity prices, which they have termed a positive sign for the country’s economic recovery. He emphasized that cheap and low -cost electricity will mobilize economic activity and create employment opportunities.
He noted that the policy rate has dropped from 22 % to 12 %, which is auxiliary in a more favorable business environment. He said that the government’s economic achievements have played a key role in providing relief to the people. “The service of the people is our political attention and responsibility,” he said.
Tarar emphasized that the success of the government is the result of teamwork and cooperation, and that they are determined to work together to make Pakistan a great nation. He also acknowledged the important role of the Pakistan Army in ensuring national security and contributing to economic stability.
