ISLAMABAD: A press release by some UN experts is based on apparently selected and unconfirmed media reports by some UN experts.
Khan said in his weekly press briefing, “We have taken note of the press release issued by some UN experts…. It is important that the public statements of this kind remain on the principles of purpose, avoid election criticism, reflect the correctness of the facts, and say the situation in full swing.”
He said that in response to the demand of UN human rights experts to release the recently arrested Baloch workers in Pakistan.
Police broke the members of the Baloch Solidarity Committee (BEC) in Karachi and Quetta for violating the law.
Dr. Mehering Baloch has been included in 150 people, including prominent BEC leaders, including allegations against various serious crimes such as terrorism, inciting rebellion and murder.
Mehrang, along with 17 others, was arrested under Section 3 of the restoration of the Public Order (MPO) ordinance.
The case has been alleged that the rioters were assisted in shooting police officers, passers -by, civilians and their protestors led by Mehrang and BEC, which resulted in the death of three people and injured 15 police officers.
The group also faces charges of involvement in a chaos attack on a civil hospital and forcibly taking the bodies of the attackers by the Jaffar Express train bombing.
The FIR states that the accused stopped a private ambulance at Hockey Chowk, defeated the driver, and brought the bodies to an ambulance.
In addition, another FIR was filed against BEC leaders Gulzadi Baloch, Ali Jan, Shoaib, Syed Noor Shah, Waheed, Jahanzeb, Zubab Baloch, and more than 100 others at the Breewory police station in Quetta.
A group of UN free human rights experts said that Pakistan should immediately release the detained Baloch workers and have to stop the crackdown on “peaceful” protesters.
“We have been monitoring reports of alleged arrests and alleged arrests of Baloch workers over the past months, and violent incidents in the past few days have increased our concerns,” said experts said.
Experts have expressed concern over the growing operations by the police against the BEC.
Subsequently, a MOFA spokesman pointed to the involvement of those arrested in misuse of law and human rights violations.
Sadly, he said, adding that the comments given by the UN experts lack balance and proportion, which reduced the casualties of civilians caused by terrorist attacks, while deliberately disrupting the crimes by deliberately disrupting public services, creating a freedom of protection and protection.
“Any reliable evaluation should recognize that these elements are not mere demonstrators, but are involved in the wider campaign of lawlessness and violence. Their law and human rights abuses cannot be ignored.
“A part of the alleged complaints hidden behind the party, these elements are working with the terrorists – which shows their integrated efforts to stop the state’s response, which included the terrorist attacks, including the latest road block, where they were in a state -of -the -art. Where they are physically found in Five, where they were physically subjected to terror.
The spokesman added that according to the law of the land, legal action is being taken against the individuals.
“Any statement from the UN mandate holders who deployed them on these actions, which puts the risk of inappropriate interference in the affairs of sub -judges before the domestic courts, is not only damaging the rule of law but also neglecting an independent legal process.”
In addition, Khan said that the sample of electoral and irreversible attention through UN machinery is not a constructive purpose.
Instead, he said, he inadvertently encouraged extremist elements, gave unnecessary media sensationalism, promoted anxiety, and – very worryingly – promoted social polarization and pieces.
“It is a disturbing and irony that the statement released by the UN special procedures is contradictory to the UN’s own resolution 2354’s resolution 2354. It is only a matter of supporting its determination and determination to tackle terrorism.
“The International Human Rights Law forbids weapons rights to violate individuals, institutions, or groups of individuals, institutions, or groups to violate the rights and security of others. It also maintains the lawful and necessary steps of sovereign states to maintain public discipline and to ensure the safety of their citizens.”
He added that the government is responsible for the protection of the lives and security of its people, especially in areas where innocent citizens are victims of terrorism organized by foreigners.
“Regardless of ethnic or religious backgrounds, it has pursued policies permanently to promote social and economic development for all sections of society. However, by terrorists and their officials, which poses a permanent threat, the common citizens, security forces, and the most important attacks on the public.
“In this regard, the steps taken by the government are fully compatible with international law, which clearly ban violence and terrorism. There is no tolerance for terrorists, their facilitators or their residences, exemptions are not allowed.”
The spokesman said that institutional and legal mechanisms are fully available to all citizens who resolve their constitutional rights.
He added, “We maintain an open and constructive dialogue with the mandate holders of the UN special procedures and will continue to engage our engagement based on the principles of mutual respect, objections and facts.”
