KARACHI: New details have been revealed in the case related to the kidnapping and murder of a young man, Mustafa Amir, whose body was found on Friday night after his long disappearance.

According to investigating officers, the suspects allegedly killed Mustafa and burned his body.
On Saturday, officials revealed that Armogon and Mustafa were friends, who were busy warm arguments on New Year’s night. Following this repetition, Arman allegedly threatened to harm Mustafa and his female friend.
On January 6, the day Mustafa disappeared, Armagne called the victim and allegedly tortured him. The girl involved in the matter traveled abroad on January 12. His officials said efforts were being made by Interpol, as his statement was very important to investigate.
Following the discovery of the victim’s body, on the basis of the statement of another suspect, Shiraz Bukhari alias Shivs, the murder charges were included in the case. Authorities confirmed that the Hub police had informed the Karachi police about its discovery, but the identity could not be ascertained at this time.
According to Hub police, they received information about the burning vehicle on January 11 at 7 pm. Upon arrival, the officers found a body inside a burned car. The body was then shifted to the Civil Hospital Center for post -mortem examination.
Meanwhile, the burned vehicle was taken to the police station, after which a formal investigation was launched.
The head of the Rescue and Ambulance Service, Faisal Edhi, revealed that Balochistan police had contacted the EDHI Foundation on January 12 and were handed over. He added that the body was completely burned.
Faisal said that according to the SOPS, while waiting for the arrival of the deceased family, the body remained in Karachi Marg for four days. However, he later buried him in the Mawach Goth Cemetery.
The gentlemen said that the exit can be performed in the presence of the magistrate after the court order. He also said that if they want, the family can take the body with them.
Meanwhile, investigating officials revealed that Shiraz had worked for Armanagan and was allegedly involved in planning both the murder and the loss of the body. Officials said they would request the court for the remand of Armanan.
When the investigation was promoted, the police confirmed that they had received a copy of the registered FIR in connection with the discovery of the burning car today. The case was registered by the state on January 12 at the Hub Doorji police station, which included murder and other charges against unknown persons.
Police approach SHC for suspected remand
In a related development, the police contacted the Sindh High Court to seek the physical remand of the prime minister, before the Anti -Terrorism Court (ATC) judge refused.
In the petition, the police have challenged the order to file a case against the raiding team involved in the arrest. According to the Prosecutor General, the ATC’s administrative judge sent the suspect to jail for judicial custody.
The Prosecutor General argued that sending a suspect to the suspect before the investigation began was against the principles of justice. Police also called the decision to file a case against the raiding team “incomprehensible”.
In the petition, the decision of the ATC Judge has been revoked and further investigation is allowed.
DNA samples match
Meanwhile, police received a DNA report of blood samples found in Armogon’s house, which confirmed the match with Mustafa’s mother.
South Deputy Inspector General said that blood stains were discovered during a raid at the prime suspected residence, and samples were collected for examination. To confirm the match, Mustafa’s mother also provided her blood samples.
The police then requested the suspect’s remand and Mustafa’s body to pursue the investigation further.
