Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chief Mohan Naqvi has silenced social media trolls on the renovation of the stadiums as the ICC’s Men’s Champions Trophy 2025 recorded the country in Karachi and Lahore stadiums in Karachi and Lahore. Successfully corrected.

He thanked the contractors and laborers for working hard to complete the work in less than four months in a timely manner. “I admit here that Karachi Stadium will look better than Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore.”
Naqvi said the laborers were the real heroes for the success, who worked 16 to 18 hours a day without getting a single holiday.
During the event, the PCB chief expressed his full confidence in the national team and selectors. He also appealed to the nation not to be disappointed with the team after some defeat.
He asked the Karachiis to attend the inauguration of the modern stadium with world -class facilities today.

The newly renewed National Bank Stadium of Karachi will be inaugurated today in a spectacular program in the ongoing Treation Series and a venue hosting the ICC Men’s Champions Trophy 2025.
The stadium now includes world -class facilities for players and spectators.
The opening ceremony of the Port City Cricket Stadium will be presented directly by fireworks, a wonderful light show, and direct performances of renowned singers Ali Zafar, Saheer Ali Baga and Shafqat Amanat Ali.
A new Pavilion – University Road and – also officially opened. The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) said that “the latest facility identifies an important milestone in the history of the stadium, which reinforces PCB’s commitment to enhance cricket infrastructure in Pakistan.”
The newly constructed pavilion includes world -class dressing rooms for players and match officials, including high quality hospitality rooms.

In addition to the new pavilion, several major upgrades have been completed to enhance both sports and viewing experience at the National Bank Stadium.
These include installation of 350 LED lights to improve broadcast standards, fixing two digital replay screens and adding more than 5,000 new chairs to enhance spectacle comfort.
