NEW YORK: At least four people, including a police officer, were killed after moving to a skyscraper building in Central Manhattan and firing in a daylight.

Mayor Eric Adams told a briefing at a hospital near the shooting site that a fifth victim was still in critical condition after being shot dead, while the gunman apparently died.

Police Commissioner Jessica Tashch told a press conference, the gunman was caught on footage of the gunman in which a black BMW was taken to an M -4 rifle before entering the building, immediately fired at a police officer before “lobby”.
