KARACHI: Chief of Army Staff, Field Marshal Asim Munir, has warned India that any violation of Pakistan’s sovereignty in the future will be met with a decisive response, stating that the assumptions about Pakistani sanctions reflect a dangerous misinterpretation of the country’s strategic solution.
“When we formally, but certainly, form our comprehensive national power, any enemy who works on the threat of Pakistan under the exception of strategy or misunderstanding, will get a fast and very appropriate response,” he said, addressing the Pakistan Naval Academy.
Last month, Pakistan and India were engaged in the heavy fighting in decades in decades, which was born on April 22 as a result of an attack in Indian -occupied Jammu and Kashmir, killing 26 people. New Delhi accused “terrorists” which Pakistan supported, Islamabad was denied.
India launched indiscriminate attacks on Pakistan, killing more than 50 people – including security personnel. In response, Pakistan also landed several Indian jets and attacked military installations.
Following Pakistan’s response, the United Nations mediation and managed to stop the fighting.
Addressing the event, the Army chief noted that India takes advantage of the so -called strategic compatibility, hebstric mindset, and military qualification for adventures, which aims to be political.
“In recent years, under the pretext of counter -terrorism, the political leadership of India – which has been marked by the disturbing absence of strategic era, has twice taken an invasion of Pakistan against Pakistan,” he said.
He said that on both occasions, India’s negligence was fulfilled by Pakistan’s resolve, which not only preserved the national honor but also stopped a dangerous, wider regional increase.
He added, “Pakistan, despite intense provocation, worked with prevention and maturity and demonstrated its commitment to regional peace and stability, which has played a role as a purely regional stability of Pakistan.”
In addition, he said, the next increase in the competition – which could eventually produce catastrophic results for the entire region – will stand with the aggressor.
Field Marshal said, “Pakistan will protect its sovereignty and basic national interests without decisive and without hesitation,” said Field Marshal, adding that the success of Marca-Haq’s “multi-domain operations” will never recite Indian memories.
He also reaffirmed the unprecedented commitment to defend the motherland at all costs of the Pakistan Armed Forces, saying that India’s efforts to divert attention from Pakistan’s progress in counter -terrorism will not succeed.
Kos pointed out that whenever Pakistan is on the path to decisively deciding terrorism, the strategic disturbances made by India happen. He added, “Such difficulties have just strengthened our national commitment.”
He also endorsed the Armed Armed Forces commitment to end terrorism in all his forms and explanations, and pledged to bring the fight to its logical end.
Reacting to Pakistan’s long -standing position on the Kashmir dispute, he said: “We are with the UN Security Council resolutions and the wishes of the Kashmiri people, with the people of Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK) who are strongly occupying the Indian illegally occupying Indian in their struggle for the right to self -determination.”
Denying Indian claims that Kashmiris declare resistance equal with terrorism, he said that the struggle in IIOJK is a legitimate freedom movement, as has been acknowledged by international law and convention.
He added, “Those who have tried to suppress the will of the Kashmiri people and followed the resolution instead of resolution, have made this movement more related through their actions.”
Despite the constant efforts of the opposition to disrupt Pakistan’s progress, he added that the country is on the path of development and prosperity. He concluded, “Our glorious past is a source of pride, and our future promises to fulfill Pakistan’s clear destination.”
