WASHINGTON: The United States has thousands of troops stationed at Middle East bases, a region in which Washington forces have carried out repeated military operations in recent decades.
Israel launched an extraordinary air campaign against Iran last week, and US President Donald Trump has said he is weighing in this weight to join Israel.
The US involvement in the conflict will likely be likely to attack US troops in the region, which was already targeted by Iran -linked forces during the Israeli war.

Bahrain
