Pakistan has to establish a ‘National Drone Army’. The purpose of the Pakistan National Drone Army (PNDA) should be made and deployed at least 15,000 military grade drones over the next three years.
At the same time, at least 10,000 certified drone operators should be trained, including Frontier Corps, Rangers and police personnel. Yes, every Army Core should set up a dedicated drone regiment to ensure the theater -level operations. Yes, the PNDA must prioritize the development of iPa and sharp drones to meet Indian benefits in artillery, air power and armored formations. The PNDA should also export the export of dual -use drone technologies to generate revenue and promote strategic partnerships.
National Defense University (NDU) should set up a dedicated drone warfare school (DWS), which includes three special operators tracks: Army Tactical, Air Force ISR (Intelligence, Monitoring, Maintenance), and Navy Operations. The DWS will have to pay attention to three key qualifications: AI-capable targets, First Personal Vision (FPV) Precision strike qualification, and flexibility against electronic warfare (EW) with secure communication protocol.
The federal government will have to allocate R&D, operator training and a budget of 500 million for at least 3,000 drones. Imagine: Million 500 million = 1.25 Rafale Jets.
The PNDA must form a partnership with Nis Kam, Soparo, Nest and Air University. The PNDA should also set up a joint development program with Turkey (STM/cargo) and China (CASC, CETC).
PNDA fleet should include a balanced mixture of platforms: Tactical Reconstruction Drone (King Par); First Personal View (FPV) Kamikaz Drone (Laviti Class); Loitering munitions (Burraq); AI-COLD WEEPER DRIONS (Brave 1); Vertical Take -off and Landing (VTOL) logistics drone; And the naval UAV compares barks to TB2 for marine works.
The PNDA will lead to the neutral prevention of our next generation that will be linked to Pakistan’s nuclear theory. We have to change the weak central war tanks (MBT) and frigates with low -cost independent strike assets. We must reduce our long -term defense spending and reduce our long -term defense spending by reducing our long -term defense spending.
The PNDA should keep Pakistan as the leader of the Islamic world in the capabilities of drone war. For this purpose, Pakistan must pursue target drone exports to Sudan and Nigeria, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) in Africa, and Malaysia and Indonesia in Southeast Asia.
On July 1, 2022, Ukraine became the first country to openly announced the establishment of ‘drone army’ – civilian production and military harmony. In 2023, two Ukrainian drones targeted the Kremlin Dome of Russian political power. In 2024, the Ukrainian drones brought down the Russian A-50 strategic aircraft plane. In 2025, the Ukrainian drones destroyed 41 Russian strategic bombers, including models like TU-95 and TU-22m.
Iran has established a semi -autonomous drone force under the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC). China’s drone program is the most developed globally, with a highly structured national force in the People’s Liberation Army (PLA). Turkish Armed Forces have integrated UAV units into their air and ground operations, with command structures dedicated to the drone war. Israel, a pioneer of drone technology, retains a highly advanced and structured UAV force integrated into its multi -layered defense strategy.
Drones are revolutionizing the tactics of modern war. Drone is forming the future of military operations. The PNDA will explain Pakistan’s national security. This will be a change of change-a projection of efficient health war and effective force from the budget. Partnerships with Turkey, China, and local institutions, and the establishment of drone warfare schools, will strengthen the PNDA strategic alliance and cease Pakistan’s role as a regional drone force.
