A high -level Pakistani parliamentary delegation, led by Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chief Bilal Bhutto Zardari, has told the United States that South Asia can never be involved in the never -ending dispute.
The delegation was told when he met US Ambassador Doroti Sheh of the Permanent Representative of the United States.
Former Foreign Minister, with a nine -member high -level parliamentary delegation, is currently in New York’s New York, to present Pakistan’s stance on a recent military conflict with India on a two -day visit and challenge New Delhi’s statement internationally.
During the meeting, the group called for Pakistan’s long -standing partnership with the United States, which included strong cooperation on counter -terrorism and joint efforts for regional stability.
Bilawal praised President Donald Trump and his team’s role in facilitating ceasefire between states, Pakistan and India, with two nuclear weapons.
He also endorsed Pakistan’s permanent commitment to peace, and demonstrated the ability to respond to the aggression in defense of its sovereignty.
The delegation emphasized the importance of protecting the Indus Water Treaty (IWT), stopping water weapons and maintaining a sustainable ceasefire.
“South Asia cannot afford a permanent conflict. Talks for sustainable peace are needed, especially on Jammu and Kashmir, which is on the UN’s incomplete agenda, and collective efforts to counter terrorism. We should not be able to co -operate and co -operate through confrontation.”
Meanwhile, the parliamentary delegation also met with the Ambassador’s Islamic Cooperation (OIC) group, and also told him about the regional situation in South Asia.
The delegation apprised the OIC Group about the growing Islamophobia in India, the Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK) on the ongoing repression, campaigns of unknown persons, and the legitimate struggle of the Kashmiri people for self -determination.
He maintained, “The Muslim Ummah should be united in rejecting such a statement and sticking to justice.”
Peace is possible with Kashmir dispute resolution
Bilawal apprised the OIC group in the United Nations on the serious implications of India’s aggression, which, after damaging regional stability, included its careless measures to keep IWT in a non -civilized way.
He thanked the OIC for the principle and permanent support of Pakistan, and called for collective efforts to protect peace and security in South Asia.
The PPP chairman emphasized that sustainable peace is impossible without a mere resolution of the Jammu and Kashmir dispute, according to the resolutions of the UN Security Council and the wishes of the Kashmiri people. He also praised permanent OIC support in this regard.
On the other hand, Pakistan and China have emphasized that aggressive posting and unilateral measures should be strongly opposed, as they threaten peace in the region.
This happened during a meeting of the high -level parliamentary delegation of Pakistan, led by Bilal, a permanent representative of China, with a permanent representative of China along with Ambassador to the United Nations, New York.
The two sides called for a pursuit of peace in South Asia through multilateral cooperation.

He briefed the Chinese aspect of the Pashtun attack in response to India’s violent currency and the progress made after Pakistan’s responsible and prevention.
Bilawal highlighted how India rejected Pakistan’s credible, impartial and independent investigation.
He reaffirmed the centrality of resolving the Jammu and Kashmir conflict for sustainable peace in South Asia, and called on China to play its role in resolving the Kashmir dispute in accordance with UN resolutions.
He emphasized the need for the international community to transfer disputes in resolving conflicts for lasting peace in South Asia.
The Pakistani delegation shared details of India’s attacks on the Pakistani territory, deliberately targeting civilians, its active involvement in terrorism and supporting terrorism in Pakistan and the provocative decision of the Indus Waters Agreement in violation of international law.
UNSC members appreciate Pakistan
Meanwhile, a delegation visiting Pakistan also met with representatives of the elected member states of the UN Security Council in New York to expose Indian propaganda.
The delegation took Pakistan’s position with representatives of Denmark, Greece, Panama, Somalia, Algeria, Guyana, Japan, South Korea, Sierra Leone and Slovenia.
The delegation called for a comprehensive dialogue to resolve the residual issues with Pakistan’s commitment to prevent Pakistan, restore IWT, and to resolve the residual issues with India, especially Jammu and Kashmir.
It informed the elected members of the UNSC that keeping IWT unhealthy could lead to water shortage, food crisis and environmental destruction in Pakistan.
The delegation called on members of the Security Council to move forward with dispute management and actively support the resolution of the dispute in South Asia.
The head of the delegation, Bilawal, denied the baseless Indian allegations.
He clearly stated that India’s baseless and premature allegations against Pakistan were created in the absence of a reliable investigation or verified evidence.
Bilawal highlighted that India’s reckless measures, including targeting innocent civilians and suspension of IWT, are a threat to regional peace.
He highlighted that Pakistan’s response to Indian aggression was measured, responsible and according to the UN Charter.
Elected members of the UN Security Council appreciated Pakistan’s accession and welcomed the commitment of peace and diplomacy.
He noted the importance of de -coction, respect for international law, and the importance of peaceful settlement of disputes that the UN Charter would have to guide state behavior, especially in areas of high sensitivity like South Asia.
He acknowledged any growing threats and emphasized the need to advance diplomatic solutions.
Separately, the parliamentary delegation met with UNSC President Ambassador Carollen Rodrigus Berkett. The delegation emphasized that sustainable peace in South Asia depends on the resolution of the Jammu and Kashmir conflict in accordance with UNSC resolutions.
He added, “The time has come for conflict to resolve the dispute.”
Pakistani representatives also raised Pakistan’s deep concern over India’s IWT illegal violations, which is a dangerous surrender water process that threatens regional stability and the rights of 240 million Pakistanis. He called on the UNSC to maintain international law and its own mandate.
The Pakistani group also met with a permanent representative of the Russian Federation in the United Nations to bring Pakistan’s principle position in the context of India’s indiscriminate aggression. He highlighted Pakistan’s responsible and measured perspective, and identified the essential part of the lasting ceasefire, as well as drawing attention to the dangerous weapons of India’s water.
Emphasizing Russia to support regional stability and international order -based international order efforts in the UN Charter, he reaffirmed a demand for a comprehensive dialogue to resolve the Jammu and Kashmir conflict in accordance with UNSC resolutions.
It should be noted that India had sent seven multilateral delegations to 33 countries as part of India’s diplomatic access.
