Mountain View: Google said on Tuesday that it was increasing online search with even more productive artificial intelligence, as it accepted the AI despite concerns about the impact on its advertising business model.
Addressing the company’s annual developers event, CEO Sunder Pachai, said that a new AI mode will now be presented in Google’s search engine. He claimed that “decades of research” was taking fruit with this technology.
The new AI mode of the search engine is beyond the already launched AI review, which shows answers to user questions using Google Generative AI capabilities, which appears above the traditional blue links of websites and advertising.
“The new AI mode is a complete concept of searching with a more advanced reasoning,” said Pachai, launching a conference in Silicon Valley.
