LONDON: British Prime Minister Kerr Starr is ready to finalize an agreement to strengthen relations with the European Union at a historic summit on Monday, which has given a chance to a possible turning point five years after the UK block was discharged.
According to European Union diplomats, an agreement was signed to reset the UK-European Union relations after overnight negotiations, which resolved several important areas of disagreement.
The agreement includes the approval of three important documents from the European Union member states, especially focusing on defense cooperation and, after the last minute progress, a long controversial issue of fishing rights.
The star has called for a close relationship with Britain with its European neighbors. The Labor Government says the European Union’s deal has “not working for anyone” talks with the UK’s former conservative government.
But the Storms, who came to power to end the conservative party in the last July general election, have several red lines that they have said they will not cross.
Some European Union demands are left behind, and conservatives are already criticizing the reset move as “surrender”.
Sources close to the negotiations told AFP that “there has been a late progress last night (and) steps to take still.”
Both sides ink the “security and defense partnership”.
Two other documents are expected on Monday-a joint statement of European solidarity with the UK Union’s UK leaders and a joint understanding on topics from trade to fishing and youth movement.
Under the final agreement, the UK will open its water for European fishermen for 12 years after the expiry of the current agreement in 2026, facing the block of 27 countries, ease red tape on food imports from the UK, the diplomat will facilitate red tape.
On the issue of youth movements, negotiators agreed on general words that later abandon the hogger.
This problem is another basic source of friction, fearing London that a scheme for the movement of youth can make the magic of freedom of freedom between the European Union and the United Kingdom.
Russia’s shadow, Trump
The talks have come up with the European Union and the UK race in view of Russia’s threat, and fears that the United States will no longer help protect Europe under President Donald Trump.
Defense partnerships mean more regular security talks, the UK will likely be included in the European Union’s military missions and has the ability to fully tap the 150 billion euros (7 167 billion) defense funds set by the block for London.
But most of the details are likely to be filled later.
For example, more agreements will be needed to provide baseless access to EU programs to the UK and its defense industry.
The UK has already linked defense relations with 23 EU countries in NATO, so the defense agreement was always seen as the easiest agreement on the table.
“I think we must keep our sense of the importance of this relatively Tem anger,” said UK director Olivia Olivia Olivia Olivia Olivia Olivia Olivia Olivia at the World Program at the Chatam House think tank.
He told AFP, “This is the next step in collaboration … but there is no solution to many outstanding questions.”
The star has refused to re -join the EU’s customs union and the single market, but it appears to be ready to align food and agricultural products with the European Union.
Red tape, mobility
“Red tape, all certification is needed, we want to reduce it exactly,” British Chief Minister Nick Thomas Simmands told the BBC on Sunday.
The star has also rejected the return of independence, but it is open to a limited mobility scheme of youth, which will allow children aged 18 to 30 years old to study in the UK and work vice versa.
The star is cautious to the issue between Nigel Farmet’s strict right anti -immigration and the Euro Cispak Party reforms in the UK’s growing support.
Thomas Simmands said any scheme would be “smart and control”.
He also said that London is looking for a high -speed track for a customs track for British citizens on EU borders.
“We want the British people who are going on vacation, they are able to enjoy their holidays, not to be caught in a queue,” he said.
