ISLAMABAD: The Tahir Tahfaz Constitution Pakistan formally publicized its 15 -point ‘national agenda’ on Monday, demanding the formation of a commission of truth and reconciliation unanimously.
“A truth and reconciliation should be set up with the agreement of all political parties to compile its reports to correct the events of the past and the history of the country.
The opposition coalition, through its agenda, rejected last year’s general election and demanded fresh transparent and fair elections under the Independent Election Commission.
The national agenda released here at a ceremony states that Pakistani citizens should be stopped by the disappearance of the missing persons and, while recognizing the serious and far -reaching consequences of the process, the missing persons should be presented to the judiciary according to the law.
It was also emphasized that the situation in Balochistan is currently a major concern all over the country. “The alliance demands that security agencies should not deviate from the right to hear a fair trial given in the constitution in any case.
The agenda note states that “armed terrorist organizations can only be fought in keeping with constitutional values and human rights of citizens there. This alliance also agrees that trade is not valid for the extraordinary puppet government of Balochistan in any case.”
In this era of artificial intelligence (AI), he claimed, closing the Internet in the country is not only regrettable but also shameful. The process of throwing the future of youth into the fire is condemnable in an attempt to control language and thought. Alliance calls for immediate lifting sanctions on the Internet.
The Opposition Alliance said, “The ban on students’ unions should be eliminated with the population of more than 60 percent of the youth. Under Article 140 of the Constitution, local elections should be held immediately in Islamabad, Punjab and other provinces so that political, administrative and financial powers are really transferred to local representatives.”
He demanded that all political prisoners, including Imran Khan, be released, and after the investigation, politically encouraged issues should be removed.
The coalition called on the government to come out of its echo on the external front and understand the rapidly changing international situation. “The genocide of Muslims in Palestine and Israeli barbarism has dispersed all human rights laws. Today, in a situation where the international order established after World War II is falling, its importance and interests are not possible.
Speaking on the occasion, Mahmood Khan Achakzai warned, “If we make a small slip, we will lose, as if someone attacks, we have to fight whether we like it or not. We have been screaming for three years that our area is going to become a battlefield.”
He wondered how the country could get rid of the unfortunate war, adding that it was against all kinds of terrorism. He emphasized that the problems are less but the understanding was a big deal that it was time to unite the country.
Regarding the Iranian Foreign Minister’s visit to Pakistan, Achakzai believed he had arrived here for another purpose. He wondered if a person who sold his conscience and faith is loyal to the country. He suggested that all political parties be formed a national government together and save Pakistan.
He remarked, “Pakistan is in trouble, and it is in trouble because of us. It is the only country that destroys its children, then arrests them and eventually makes them Chief Minister.” He made it clear that if anyone has a better agenda than them, they will welcome it.
“The Constitution ties us together but you guys break it. We will not bow down to anyone. We have to take Pakistan out of this swamp.” Asad Qaiser, a senior PTI leader and former Speaker National Assembly, explained that the coalition of opposition parties had presented the national agenda to the nation and it was the same agenda on which they held a national conference.
He noted, “On the seventh date, we are going to Punjab, and we want to maintain the national agenda before. We will also discuss the issues of Punjab during this time. We will also hold such conferences in Balochistan, Sindh and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.”
He said that he was very worried about the situation of the federation units of Pakistan. He added that the Balochistan government is not practically representing the people at this time.
Senator Allama Raja Nasir Abbas, the head of the Majalis Wahdatol Muslim, said the unanimous and joint declaration of the movement was the voice and expression of 240 million people in the country. He said, “We make it clear that the federation system in Pakistan cannot exist without the constitution of Pakistan. The violation of the constitution always results in the form of riots, corruption, unrest and instability that we are seeing with our eyes today.”
Referring to General Pervez Musharraf’s tenure, PTI’s Latif Khosa said that 36 judges have been appointed.
He noted, “When they have to form a judiciary of their choice and make favorable and positive decisions, when judicial packing is made when the Supreme Court judges themselves write that the 26th Amendment should be put before the full court first.”
He maintained that if any constitutional amendment destroyed the spirit of the Constitution, it was a complete nonsense.
Former Senator Mustafa Nawaz Khokhar, who presented the national agenda, said, “We wish that the problems facing the opposition’s alliance in Pakistan should be highlighted. There is nothing on the agenda that is against the law.”
They believed that the sanctity of the people and the state should not be violated in any way, then the state would be able to move forward.
