Washington: Washington: Washington: The person arrested in the murder of right -wing Charlie Kirk is not cooperating with the authorities, but investigators are working with their friends and family to work to create a goal.

The accused gunman, 22 -year -old Tyler Robinson, will be formally charged on Tuesday, Cox said. He is in custody in Utah.
