Political leaders condemned Afghanistan’s border aggression and praised Pakistan’s armed forces for their rapid and decisive retaliation.
Neighbors are engaged in cross -border clashes when Afghan forces fired indiscriminately at several border points, including Angore Ada, Bajur and Karam, while DR, Chitral, Baramcha and Durand Line as well as other areas were reported.
Pakistani forces have killed more than 200 Afghan Taliban and its affiliated terrorists in defense operations, which Taliban forces and India -backed Talban Pakistan (TTP), Arafatna al -Elihig, have said in connection with the service before today.
Political leadership said the country’s security agencies have once again proved their commitment to defend national sovereignty and protect citizens from an external threat.
Legislators and party leaders also paid tribute to the sacrifices of 23 Pakistan Army soldiers, recognizing their unwavering courage and dedication to protect the country’s fronts.
He reiterated that the entire nation stands behind its armed forces, whose professionalism and commitment is a source of pride and assurance for the people of Pakistan.
The political leadership called on the Taliban rulers in Afghanistan to ensure that the Afghan land is not used by any group or individual to terrorize Pakistan.
Leaders also called on Afghan rulers to work in a greater interest and responsibility in the interests of regional peace and stability.
‘IAG should take action against terrorist elements’
President Asif Ali Zardari confirmed that Pakistan was firmly committed to protecting its national interests, regional sovereignty and security.
President Zardari called on the interim Afghan government to take concrete and verbal action against anti -Pakistan terrorist elements working from the Afghan soil. He emphasized that the threat of terrorism by the Khawarij and other terrorist groups organized by India is the biggest threat to regional peace and stability.
The President expressed the hope that the interim Afghan government would prevent its territory from being used against Pakistan through Khawarij and India -backed terrorist elements, emphasizing that only joint and practical steps could guarantee sustainable peace in the region.
There is no compromise on defense of Pakistan: Prime Minister

Sindh Governor Kamran Khan Tessori has said that the recent cautious response of Pakistan works as a clear message and a lesson for Afghanistan.
