Lieutenant General Ahmad Sharif Chaudhry of the International Services Director General Public Relations (ISPR) has said that what Pakistan has tolerated for years is not “insurgency”, but is absolutely terrorism, while India is forced to use Afghanistan as a “state -run terror” against Pakistan.
