Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif left for London after completing his historic visit to Riyadh on Thursday, where the deputy governor of Riaz Muhammad bin Abdul Rahman bin Abdul Aziz greeted him at the airport.
Premier Saudi Arabia arrived in Riyadh on a visit to the state of Saudi Arabia at the invitation of the Prince and Prime Minister Muhammad bin Salman.
During this visit, Pakistan and Saudi Arabia formally formally promised an important strategic bilateral defense agreement, promising that any aggression against a country should be considered aggression against both.
The agreement was signed a few days after Israel launched a strike towards Qatar, targeting Hamas leaders in Doha, which gave rise to the same anger among Muslim countries and world leaders.
In a post on X today, Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif said that Saudi Arabia’s Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman “touched him deeply” during his visit to Riyadh.
The premiere said he welcomed Riyadh extraordinary “speaks of love and mutual respect between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia”.
The Prime Minister added that his “very pleasant” dialogue with the Prince Prince has covered many issues, including regional challenges and increasing bilateral cooperation. He also praised the vision and leadership of Muhammad bin Salman for the Muslim world.
On bilateral issues, the Prime Minister said that he appreciates the permanent support of the Prince Prince and his strong interest in enhancing Saudi investment, trade and business relations with Pakistan.
Upon arrival at Riyadh, Premier Shahbaz was warmly welcomed by the deputy governor of Riaz Muhammad bin Abdul Rahman bin Abdul Aziz, while Saudi Nawaf bin Saeed al -Maliki, Saudi Arabia’s ambassador to Ambasudor, and senior in the senior.

Preparations for the Prime Minister’s UNGA visit are underway
According to reports, arrangements are underway for Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif and his delegation to visit the UN General Assembly (UNGA), finalizing the schedule and their delegation.
Sources show that this year’s delegation is much larger than previous years, which requires baking rooms in two advanced hotels in New York. The daily rate for a standard room exceeds $ 1,000, with additional costs of family suites and meeting rooms.
Fortunately, diplomatic staff is exempted from local taxes on these bookings, so only basic rates apply. The delegation includes about eight ministers and advisers, whose total head account is 40 to 50 people. More than 28 rooms are safe in one hotel and more than 20 in the other.
The Prime Minister and the key officials will stay in London before arriving in New York, while other members of the delegation will arrive on separate flights. Hotel expenses are expected to cross 300,000 (Rs 8.44 million) for six night stay, except for other expenses such as food and meeting facilities.
The Pakistani ambassador to the United Nations will hold a briefing on September 19, and more details are awaiting. Along with the Finance Minister, the Prime Minister will also meet with the IMF and the World Bank representatives in New York.
Sources said that Prime Minister Shahabz will also hold a meeting with the United States President Donald Trump on September 25.
Internal sources said that Chief of Army Staff Field Marshal Asim Munir will also attend the meeting on the occasion of the UN General Assembly.
