ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif on Friday strongly condemned the approval of the Israeli cabinet for a plan to control the Gaza city, calling it “illegal and illegal”.
On his official X -handle, Prime Minister Shahbaz said that the recent move of Israel is like reaching a dangerous extent in a devastating war against the Palestinian people.
The Prime Minister has warned that the expansion of military operations in Gaza will deepen the humanitarian crisis and remove any possibility of peace in the region.
Prime Minister Shahbaz emphasized that the main reason for the tragedy in Israel’s long and illegal occupation of Israeli Palestinian territories is that peace will remain as long as the occupation continues.
Confirming Pakistan’s irresponsible support for the Palestinian people, they reaffirmed their right to self -determination and the right to establish an independent state in accordance with the UN and Islamic Cooperation Resolutions Organization.
The Prime Minister called on the international community to work immediately to prevent Israel’s “unnecessary aggression”, protect the lives of citizens, and facilitate immediate delivery of humanitarian aid to Gaza.
The Israeli army’s comments came when the Israeli army said it would “control” Gaza City under a new project approved by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s security cabinet, which would touch the wave of criticism from both inside and outside the country on Friday.
About two years after the Gaza war, Netanyahu faces pressure to secure a war to pull more than two million people in the area back from the brink of famine and liberate the kidnappers with Israeli enemies Hamas.
The group also condemned the plan to expand the fight as a “new war crime”, while Israeli ally Germany has taken extraordinary steps to prevent military exports from the concern that they can be used in Gaza.
The Premier’s Office said Friday, “Under the newly approved plan to” defeat “Hamas, the Israeli army will be ready to take control of Gaza city by distributing humanitarian aid to civilian populations outside the combat areas.
Meanwhile, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs also condemned Israeli planning for full Gaza’s full military occupation.
In a statement, FO spokesman Ambassador Shafqat Ali Khan said Israel’s latest move not only represents another clear violation of international law and the UN Security Council resolutions, but also plans to seize power to further expand its ongoing genocide campaign.
He said that this increasing operation would further enhance the serious humanitarian situation and the suffering of the citizens in the occupied Palestinian territory, as well as damage international efforts to achieve peace and stability in the region.
He added, “Pakistan reaffirms its demands from the international community to ensure the immediate end of the Israeli immunity and its genocide campaign. Take concrete steps to provide millions of Palestinians to provide innocent humanitarian supplies.
Earlier, Netanyahu had said that Israel had planned to take full control of the Gaza Strip, but did not intend to govern it.
“We do not want to maintain it,” Premier told us on Thursday, “Israel added that” security frames “and want to hand over the Palestinian territory to” Arab forces that will rule us properly without threatening us “.
Israel occupied Gaza since 1967, but withdrew its troops and settlers in 2005.
Netanyahu’s office said that the majority of the security cabinet have adopted “five principles”, in which the elimination of the area and the establishment of an alternative civil administration that is neither Hamas nor the Palestinian Authority.
The new project has led to rapid criticism from around the world, with the issuance of statements from China, Turkey, the United Kingdom and the UN rights.
