Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif has thanked US President Donald Trump for his leadership in finalizing the “historic” agreement between Islamabad and Washington.
In a post on X, the Prime Minister termed the agreement “historic” and said it would help deepen economic relations and strengthen a wider partnership between the two countries.
“This important agreement will increase our growing cooperation to enhance our sustainable partnership fronts in the coming days,” he said.
The deal ended last night after a deep conversation between the two sides officials in Washington.
“We have just signed an agreement with the country of Pakistan, under which Pakistan and the United States will work together to produce large oil reserves,” Trump wrote on social media.
