ISLAMABAD: The National Solidarity Council (MYC) on Wednesday announced to resist the Ibrahim agreements or to resist any attempt to accept Israel as a state. It also called on the government to refrain from using parliament for legislation, which contradicts Sharia and Islamic orders.
During an unusual meeting, MYC warned the government about the nationwide movement if it does not enforce the laws against Islamic principles and withdraws from the legislation of the law before the Shariah violation. The participants of the meeting rejected the formation of any commission regarding blasphemy cases, saying that no such commission had been constituted for more than 450 decision cases.
Religious leaders attended the consultation meeting, chaired by MYC President Maulana Abul Khair Zobir, in which Jof Chief Maulana Fazil Rehman, Jamaat -e -Islami (G) Amir Hafiz Naimer Rehman, Alam Sajjad Ali Naqvi, Mufti Gulzar Ahad, Mufti Gulzar Ahad, Ahad Ahad, Ahad Ahad, Ahad Ahad, Ahad Ahad, Ahad Ahad. However, the meeting expressed regret that both civil and military leadership lacked the will to resolve internal issues, accused of acting against the constitution, democratic values and national unity.
The MYC called on the government and the political leadership to eliminate political tensions through dialogue, and warned that failure to do so could endanger the constitution, democracy and Islamic values. According to the recommendations of the Council of Islamic Ideology (CII), religious leaders demanded the withdrawal of all legislation considered non -Islamic, and if their demands were ignored, the nationwide movement was warned. He criticized the use of parliament to advance the laws in the dispute with the Shariah. He also demanded the International Interests (CCI) to activate the Council to solve international issues, ensure the recovery of missing persons in Balochistan, and maintain the constitutional rights of the provinces on natural resources.
The meeting called on the Prime Minister to call for the All -Party Conference (APC) to tackle the challenges of terrorism and law and order, especially in Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. MYC announced that it would call the APC freely to plan a nationwide movement in this regard. An Action Committee, headed by Liakot Baloch, was constituted, which presented an outline of a future process course, which included the APC and massive mobilization.
The MYC called for a firm national stance on Kashmir and Palestine, which condemned the Israeli attacks in Gaza and called on Pakistan and other Muslim countries, especially the Arab states to reject any US or Israeli -backed ideology, such as Ibrahim. The Council suggested that Pakistan, Afghanistan, Turkey, Iran, and Bangladesh formulate a joint science, defense, diplomatic and economic strategy to counter foreign aggression. He criticized the judiciary for allegedly neglecting Islamic values and condemned the sanctions imposed on religious orbitals. He opposed the laws of marriage under the age of 18 and demanded an immediate transfer to the Islamic economic system, eliminating interest -based banking.
Addressing the gathering, Hafiz Nimor Rehman criticized the silence of Muslim countries over Israeli aggression. “Where are the Muslim leaders when children, women and innocent civilians are being martyred in Gaza?” He asked. Rejecting any mediation on Kashmir by US President Trump, he said the matter should be resolved under the current UN resolutions. He praised Hamas, calling his resistance “invalid against the war of truth” and said that Pakistan should consider allowing Hamas to open a diplomatic office. He called for transparency from the government’s efforts to eliminate interest in the economy (REBA) and warned against efforts to cancel or weaken the blasphemy laws.
“Any misuse of the laws of blasphemy should be focused, but efforts to eliminate them must be countered,” he said, “he praised Iran’s strong response to Israeli actions and demanded that the Ummah’s dignity be restored.
Maulana Fazlur Rehman reiterated that the armed struggle against the state is both unconstitutional and non -Islamic. “We stand with the constitution and prohibit the armed struggle in Islam,” he said, “he criticized the government for failing to maintain writ in Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. “Is this a failure of state institutions or a deliberate policy?” He asked. Comparing Pakistan’s long struggle against terrorism, he noted: “India was humiliated in four hours, yet we have won terrorism for 40 years.”
He reminded that people who were displaced during earlier military operations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa were now pressured to withdraw. He questioned the government policies of the past, including Pervez Musharraf, including deviations from UN resolutions on Kashmir and efforts to divide the area. Talking about FATA integration with KP, he noted that any opposite plus would need a two -thirds majority in both the KP Assembly and the Senate. He highlighted the role of his party in forcing the government to withdraw 35 controversial clauses of the 26th Constitutional Amendment. He mentioned that the Chief Justice of the Federal Shariat Court should be appointed from within the court and if the Supreme Court is not challenged, its orders should be enforced within a year.
He warned against any move to recognize Israel, saying that Israel’s policies are not consistent with Pakistan’s ideological basis. “We condemn Israeli attacks on Iran and praise Iran’s support for Pakistan during tensions with India,” he added. Opposing the proposed judicial commission on blasphemy, he questioned why no commission was set up for terrorism cases where people were executed. “If a decision has already been made, how can a state writ when a commission is formed?” He asked.
MYC President Maulana Abul Khair Zubair also rejected any commission regarding derogatory cases and pledged to counter such measures.
Allama Sajid Naqvi thanked Fazal for attending the meeting and emphasized that the crisis in Gaza was the most important issue facing the Muslim Ummah today.
