BERLIN: Germany announced on Friday that it had deported 81 Afghans with criminal punishment, which has been repatriated to Afghanistan under the Taliban, as Chancellor Frederick Mirza’s administration aims to take a strong stand on immigration.
According to the Interior Ministry, the deporteds were sent to Afghanistan on Friday morning. All persons were issued exile orders and were sentenced by the country’s criminal justice system.
Interior Minister Alexander Dobent said, who was hosting several European counterparts for the migration meeting, said the government was moving forward with Europe’s high economy “policy change”.
“In the future, exile in Afghanistan should continue safely. In our country, there is no right to accommodate serious criminals.”
The German Interior Ministry said that Berlin had only indirect contact with Taliban authorities through the third party, the German Ministry of German Interior said that Operation was implemented on Friday with the help of Qatar.
Germany stopped exile in Afghanistan and closed its embassy in Kabul after the Taliban returned to power in 2021.
But for the first time after the Taliban came to power, the deportation began when the former government of the Social Democrats Chancellor Olaf Schools deported a group of 28 Afghans from the country.
Rights concerns
Human Rights Group Amnesty International strongly criticized the renewed exile in Afghanistan, saying that the country’s situation was “devastating”.
The group said in a statement, “Illegal execution, disappearing from implementation, and violence is a common thing.”
Earlier, the International Criminal Court issued arrest warrants for two senior Taliban leaders in Afghanistan, and accused them of crimes against humanity over the persecution of women and girls.
Germany wants to become a “attractive country for immigration” on Friday, Mirz told a press conference on Friday, to attract the best of the best and fill the lack of labor,
Mirz said the previous government’s policies left the local administration to carry a lot of burden.
He said his government had “initiated reforms” to keep the migration policy on the right course, he said, including tightening border control and limiting the rights of family unity for some refugees.
Mirz said polling with Germany borders with its neighbors was just a “temporary” solution and needed a sustainable solution at the European level.
Meeting of migration
Dobrant was meeting with his French, Polish, Austria, Danish and Czech counterparts in southern Germany on Friday, as well as the European Commissioner for Home Affairs Magnes Burner.
Dobrant told the Daily Ages Burger Algiemine that the purpose of the meeting was to “strengthen European migration policy.”
Since the migration, a debate has arisen about resuming the emission since the German (AFD) party has migrated with a remote replacement.
AFD made more than 20 % historical choice in February – its most scores at the national level – throwing the party on the heels of the conservative CDU/CSU block of Mirza.
The immigration dispute was fueled by several Daddy attacks last year where suspects were seeking asylum.
The alliance between the new German government, the CDU/CSU and the Center-Bay Social Democrats (SPD), has promised to deport more foreign criminals, along with crackdown against irregularities.
In addition to deportation in Afghanistan, Dubat has said he is in contact with officials to enable Syria to be deported, which has been suspended since 2012.
Bashar al -Assad, a long -time Syrian ruler, was dropped in December. The country is now under the leadership of the leaders, some of whom were once associated with the al -Qaeda jihadist network.
