The government has criticized the former ruling party for trying to negotiate with the establishment rather than political rivals, with the expected to rise in political temperatures due to the Tehreek -e -Insaf (PTI) protest movement.
“From their media talk, it is clear that they just want to destabilize and weaken the stability achieved after the mark-truth. [Pakistan-India clashes] And the success of the government’s efforts for economic recovery, “Prime Minister’s Advisor on Political and Public Affairs, Rana Sanaullah, spoke on Monday about the Geo News program” Geo Pakistan “.
Sanaullah’s remarks refer to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandpur’s Percy a day ago, where he described the new PTI movement as a “do or dye” move – which is on the rise until August 5 – which will determine the future of the party.
In other purposes, the protest movement aims to achieve the release of party founder Imran Khan, who will complete two years in jail on August 5.
During yesterday’s media talk, Salman Akram Raja and other PTI leaders, CM Gandapur, who had previously led several marches towards Islamabad, said that former Prime Minister Khan was ready for talks but he said that talks could be negotiated with “decision makers”.
“Talk and end within 90 days [prevailing] Fire brand politicians said, “Affairs,” politicians gave remarks. “
However, Sanaullah is skeptical of PTI’s new anti -government drive and has termed it as merely a “attempt to destabilize the country”.
“If they remain peaceful then it’s ok [as] This is their democratic right [to protest]. But if they take the law into their hands and try to destabilize the country – which has been their agenda from the beginning – then the law will take the right path.
Senior Pakistan Muslim League -Nawaz (PML -N) leaders echoed his previous comments about Geo News program “New Pakistan” on Sunday, where he said that if he remains peaceful and presents his democratic view, the PTI will be allowed to continue with his protest.
“Wherever the PTI seeks permission for a rally, the local administration will give it to it. If the local administration thinks it will be peaceful, it can allow it,” he said, citing Gandpur’s comments for holding a rally in Lahore.
On the issue of talks, he said the government wants to sit and talk. However, he questioned the intention of PTI’s dialogue while joining a new protest movement.
“If you want to talk, what does it need for this 90 days and August 5? [protest movement] And march to Lahore? “He asked.
Moreover, today politicians, when asked about possible relief for PTI on “Geo Pakistan” today, Sanaullah said how the government had provided a relief as PTI during the previous talks-he would not discuss Khan’s release because he wanted to be a former PM.
“It’s their [PTI’s] Your position that they are not willing to talk about [Imran] Khan’s release. However, we can certainly have other PTI demands.
“However, if you see the offer of dialogue through the PTI, it is not about communicating with the government, but instead they are still trying to include the establishment and resolve their issues with them. They are neither ready to sit with other political parties nor politicians.
He regretted, “He is still on his agenda, seeking the help of the establishment to bring them back to power. He is not ready for a political dialogue.”
When asked what the government wants from negotiations, Sanaullah said: “We have no demand in the party nor at the government level. Our sole desire and struggle for Pakistan’s progress is its economic recovery, and we are ready to sit with PTI and others to ensure that stability.”
He concluded, “This is the mutual interest, opposition and government of everyone, and everyone should agree on the” charter of the economy “on some basic issues. And we are ready for any understanding or agreement in this regard.”
