Defense Minister Khawaja Asif said on Thursday that Indian Defense Minister Rajnath Singh refused to sign a joint communication at a high -level Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) meeting in China, after which the second opportunity was denied.

NDTV reports, addressing the SCO meeting, Singh raised New Delhi’s concerns about terrorism and urged the member states to take a principled stand on the matter.
