ISLAMABAD: The Prime Minister’s Youth Development Program (PMYDP) has intensified its efforts to find capabilities. Lahore Qalandars have been selected to take the initiative in the cricket field while starting the talent hunt selection from Balochistan.
During a media talk in PID on Thursday, youth and sports Prime Minister Rana Meshad Khan said efforts were underway to make real differences through the Prime Minister’s Youth Initiative Sports Program.
“We have targeted 23 games, and cricket is the first, because we have chosen Qalandars to carry out this foundation. Qalandars have won three of the last four titles and they are famous for their talent hunt programs. They have been elected before others so that they can choose the best in Pakistan.
The purpose of the program was to prepare Shaheen Afridi, Sana Mir and Harsh Rauf in the future, Mashid said. “We had not only created elite cricketers but also the Olympic Medalist – the future global batter like Irshad Nadeem.”
The Prime Minister’s adviser praised PSLX organizers for completing the work despite the threats of war. “We are a peaceful nation, but we are well aware of how to protect our rights and defend our country by teaching the invaders a lesson.”
Shaheen Afridi, one of Pakistan’s most famous fast bowlers, and a product of the famous Talent Hunt Hunt program in Lahore Qalandars expressed high hopes for the move. “In the last ten years, Qalandars have mastered the art of talent and development. I am sure that this program will pave the way for the next generation of cricket legends in Pakistan.”
When asked about the recent incoming disqualification of the national team, Afridi hopes: “These things take time. The team is getting ready, and I am sure that the better days are ahead. We have the potential, just need to be upset.”
In addition to global connection to their events, Qalandars CEO, Atif Rana, announced that the PSL Trophy – recently claimed by the franchise – will visit the UK and the United States. “This is a moment of pride not only for us, but for all Pakistanis. We want to share our happiness with the Pakistani Daspura all over the world, which showed our victory and the ability that made it possible.”
With a powerful harmony between national vision and sports virtues, the Prime Minister’s Youth Sports Program-which has been anchored through Lahore Qalandars, has promised to become a game-changing move that can renounce the future of Pakistani sports, affect a new generation of athletes and a new generation of global issues.
Atif Rana highlighted the long -term franchise’s long commitment for lower level development, in which partnerships with the PMP have been described as a historic opportunity to expand its successful model across the country.
In collaboration with the Higher Education Commission, the PMP has partnered with Qalandars to formally launch the Prime Minister’s Cricket Talent Hunt program. It is a nationwide move aimed at identifying and raising the next generation of cricket stars.
In the presence of signing ceremony and government launch in PID Islamabad, PMP Chairman Rana Meshed Ahmed Khan, HEC Chairman Dr Mukhtar Ahmed, Lahore Qalandars CEO Atif Rana, and team Captain Shah Afridi. In addition to education, employment and digital access efforts, the move has taken an important step forward in the wider mission of the government to promote the inclusion of young people in sports.
