Faisalabad: Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Public and Political Affairs, Rana Sanaullah, said on Saturday that Pakistan is unlikely to achieve the Tahrir Justice (PTI) proposed movement, as the party currently lacks the ability to guide such a move.
He called on the PTI to urge Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif’s offer to offer Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif’s talks and to work with the government to reform the election laws.
Addressing reporters after offering Eid -ul -Dadha’s prayers in Faisalabad, SAPM reiterated that the opposition would have to talk to the government to resolve the issue of the people of the country, because economic prosperity is the problem of every individual.
Speaking during the Geo News Program, “Geo Pakistan”, commenting on the latest call for the PTI protest movement, the politician said that the government would not allow the rival party to do anything like May 9, 2023, or November 26, 2024.
Last month, PTI’s founder Khan was in prison for guiding his party’s upcoming protest movement against the mixed government led by the PML -N (PML -N) at the center.
Referring to Khan, Senator Ali Zafar said that the PTI founder directed the leadership of his party to “decisive” the nation’s protest against the federal government.
However, Sanaullah rejected the success of any such movement in the current political environment of the country.
“As a political figure, according to my belief, PTI cannot afford to start a similar movement in the light of the government, the establishment and PTI, even if they try to do something like this, it will be a failed attempt,” when a protest is on the possibility of a protest.
Earlier, the minister insisted that the opposition should first make an economic agreement, after which other issues including politics would be discussed, and it was insisted that a national consensus on the issues facing Pakistan be organized.
Sanaullah added during his hearing in “Geo -Pakistan” that the government not only offered the PTI but also tried to bring the party to the table and talk last year, with the National Assembly Speaker Ayaz Sadiq and Muslim Democratic politician Khawaja Sad Rafik.
“But the PTI leadership, especially Imran Khan, does not believe in political dialogue.”
It should be noted that after attending three meetings with the government delegation, the government and PTI agreed to consult the differences last year.
Sanaullah maintained that he and his leadership consider PTI a political party, which is why Prime Minister Shahbaz invited his leadership twice to come and talk, but the party did not respond in any way.
Last month, the Prime Minister demanded that the PTI join the national dialogue during his speech on the floor of the National Assembly, while a similar offer was made in the past few months.
The Prime Minister’s Assistant said that the Prime Minister’s offer is still correct and the NA Speaker has also agreed to mediate between the two sides.
Meanwhile, since PTI faces challenges to maintain harmony within the party, Khan has declared himself as his patron in the party, while Barrister Gohar Ali Khan will continue to serve as the party chairman.
The move has come after the party’s announcement of a nationwide protest campaign to re-claim the Muslim League (N-LED coalition government and claim that it had a “stolen mandate”. The PTI has not yet announced the date of its proposed protest.
