Birmingham: Hassan Ali’s amazing participation in Pakistan’s team for the upcoming T20 series against Bangladesh has disappointed the Warwakshire County Cricket Club (CCC).
The fast bowler is expected to return to Warwakshire later this month, just in time with the T20 blast campaign. Hassan’s excellent performance in the recently concluded Pakistan Super League (PSL) season for the Karachi Kings has made him a place in Pakistan’s T20 squad for a three -match series against Bangladesh.
This development means that it will lose the opening matches of the T20 Blast season in Warwakshire. As a result, Hassan will now join the T20 squad in Warwakshire before June 8, and its availability for this season will be limited to previous expectations.
Expressing his disappointment, Stuart Ken, chief executive of the Warwakshire CCC, said, “Hassan Ali’s situation is very disappointing. We are sure that we have been assured that he will not join Pakistan this summer.
Ken also highlighted the financial privileges offered by the T20 leagues around the world and extended international promises as key challenges to secure standard international players throughout the county season.

The 30 -year -old Pacer was one of the standout actors in the latest PSL edition, which took 17 wickets in 10 matches for the Karachi Kings. In 2024, Hassan returned to Ajbston, but after just a couple of blast games for the series against England, he was withdrawn to Pakistan’s Whiteball Squad. Despite taking 10 wickets in five T20 blast matches, the elbow injury rejected him in the remaining season.
Like the last two season, the availability of beauty has also been obstructed by injuries and international promises, a situation that has disappointed the Westwood. It is also believed that Hassan will lose next week’s fixtures against Sussex, along with the County Championships of the Warwakshire against Somerset in Edgbaston from June 22.
However, it is expected to return to five blasts between July 4 and 13, before they will contact Pakistan for the T20 and ODI series against the West Indies scheduled in the United States and the Caribbean from July 31 to August 12.
Meanwhile, the Warwakshire CCC is looking forward to the PCB confirmation of the availability of Hassan Ali for the quarter -finals and final day of the blast, if the bears should develop in the knockout stages.
