US President Donald Trump said Vladimir Putin “has gone crazy” by issuing the biggest air strike against Ukraine, and said he was weighing new sanctions on Moscow, even though he also scolded Ukrainian President Valid Zilnski.
Trump published this comment on the truth social as the sleeping Ukraine raised a third night of Russian airstrikes, and listening to the drone near his homes and setting fire to the Ukraine Anti -Air Craft.
The Ukrainian Air Force said that Russia launched 355 drones and nine cruise missiles against Ukraine overnight, a large year, which the Air Force spokesman told Reuters that Russia was the largest drone attack in Russia so far.
“Something has happened with this (Putin). He’s gone crazy!” Trump said about the truth about the Russian president.
“I have always said that he wants all Ukraine, not just a piece of it, and may be true, but if he does, it will end Russia’s end!”
Trump also criticized Zilnski, saying that the Ukrainian leader “is not supporting the way his country is talking about. Everything in his mouth causes trouble, I do not like it, and it is to be better.”
The Kremlin asked about Trump’s specific remarks about Putin’s “crazy”, thanked the American people and Trump for their personally helping peace talks, but suggested that Trump and others could be more emotionally burdened.
“This is a very important moment, which is certainly a very important moment. Everyone is associated with an emotional overload and with an emotional reaction,” said Dmitry Peskov.
Drone crowds are being launched through both sides, while fierce fighting is underway with the main parts of the front.
The Ukrainian Air Force said that overnight the Russian attack targeted targets at five places, but there was no details that mean military loss.
Officials said that the western region of Khammalesky, a military airbase home, was damaged by seven cruise missiles and several drones, and residential buildings and industrial facilities. A 14 -year -old boy was reported injured in Odessa area of the Black Sea.
The Russian Ministry of Defense said its strike affects targets in the Starokosto Airbase in Ukraine in the Khalilnasky region. The Kremlin said the attacks were directed on military targets, and these strikes were a response to Ukrainian attacks on Russian civilian targets.
In a post on the X, Zelannsky did not directly resolved Trump’s criticism, but said that the world was trying more to negotiate with Putin than more than putting real pressure on the Kremlin chief.
Russia, Zelonsky, said, can only be forced by force, and can be re -called for additional sanctions on Russia.
‘I’m not happy’
Talking to reporters at the New Jersey’s Morris Town airport, Trump said about Putin: “I don’t know what is wrong with him. What has happened to him? Well? He’s killing many people. I am not happy with him.”
He increased the possibility of further sanctions on Russia in response to the ongoing attacks.
Ukrainian officials said that in the largest airstrikes in the war, Russia reduced Ukrainian cities and other targets with at least 367 drones and missiles overnight, killing at least 12 people, including three children in the northern region.
The Russian attack was the largest in the case of weapons of weapons, though more and more people have been killed in other strikes.
Trump has been pressing Russia and Ukraine to end the war for more than three years, but both sides are far away – and when it comes to major powers, the war is intensifying and Russian forces are moving forward in eastern Ukraine.
European leaders are still disappointed with their incompetence for their purpose in the war that began by Russia, and are willing to agree to cross the threshold of new sanctions.
French President Emmanuel Macron said he hoped that Trump’s anger about Putin would now impose new sanctions, which could prevent the Russian leader from doing further work.
The Kremlin says it is working in the name of “special military operations” in Ukraine to protect Russia from NATO’s crossings on its borders. Ukraine says Russia launched an indiscriminate war of aggression.
