Speaking to media after visiting the International Solar Exhibition at the Expo Center on Sunday, Senate Chairman Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani described this.
He said that the bravery and professionalism of Pakistan’s armed forces has been recognized globally. He emphasized that despite being a nuclear power, Pakistan responded to Indian provocation with strategic maturity. He said, “Pakistan’s measured and deliberate reaction has gained global recognition for its wisdom and composer.”

According to a question about Balochistan, he reminded that as Prime Minister, he had clearly highlighted India’s involvement in the support of terrorism and unrest in the province. “At that time, I presented evidence to international forums and even Bollywood made a film, accidental prime minister, which indicated indirectly, indicating the contradictions of Indian policy,” he said.
For another question, he said that Pakistan has demanded a neutral and independent inquiry into the Pahalgam attack, but India refused. He noted that India unilaterally suspended the Indus Wates Agreement and stopped the river flow, which violated international law. He added, “However, Pakistan’s leadership and armed forces responded firmly, demonstrating our full potential to defend our sovereignty. The armed forces worked decisively and fully in defense.”
On domestic politics, the Senate chairman emphasized the need for national unity. He refused to comment on the PTI statement, saying that his cases were sub -judges and that it would be decided by the courts. “We should now focus on uniting the nation,” he said. Political divisions do not need to remove our common goals from the tracks. “

On energy policy, it emphasized the importance of cheap energy solutions. He advised, “If subsidies are reduced in the next budget, there is a need for a cheap solar panel to reduce the burden of electricity bills on the public.” He also supported reducing unnecessary costs in other sectors so that resources could be diverted towards public aid.
When asked about the role of PPP in the current political progress, it replied that the party always kept national interest. “At this stage, it is not about any party or individual, it is about Pakistan. Any consultation, whether it is aimed at the improvement of the country through Chief Minister Mary Naz or Coordination Committees,” he said.
