TEHRAN: Iran warns that it will blame the United States for any Israeli attack on Israeli facilities, on a new era of nuclear talks between Washington and Tehran.
The warning came after CNN, citing unidentified US officials, after reporting on Tuesday that Israel was preparing to attack Iranian nuclear places despite the ongoing talks with US Iran.
“We believe that in the event of any attack on the Islamic Republic of Iran’s nuclear facilities by the Zionist government, the US government will also be involved and accept legal responsibility.”
“Iran warns any adventures by the Zionist government and will respond to any danger or illegal act by this government,” Aragchi added.
Nuclear talks, which began on April 12, have long -level links between enemies in the United States, during President Donald Trump’s first term, in the United States, in 2018, in 2018.
Oman, who mediated in the talks, said that Friday will be a fifth period in Rome.
According to sources familiar with the arrangements, the US delegation will include Trump’s friend and Globe Troting negotiator Steve Watkov and Globe Trouting negotiator and Michael Anton, head of the policy plan in the State Department.
There has been an important point in the negotiations. The 2015 deal with Iran, which was discussed by former President Barack Obama, allowed Iran to fully enhance uranium at a low level for civilian energy.
The Islamic Republic currently enriches uranium up to 60 %, which is far beyond 3.67 % of the 2015 agreement, but is less than 90 % required for nuclear warheads.
Restrictions on missiles
Trump, who has pledged to improve Obama’s deal, said on a trip to Qatar last week that he believes Iran has agreed on a key situation and his diplomacy will escape military conflict.
US Secretary of State Marco Rubio testified before the Congress on Wednesday, once again the Trump administration will insist on any enrichment.
“There can be no enrichment capacity in Iran, because it eventually makes them a nuclear power,” Rubio said.
Iran is looking for relief from sanctions imposed by Trump in 2018, including fines on all countries to prevent Iran from buying key exports of gasoline.
One of the lawmakers questioned, Rubio advised that the United States would maintain sanctions on the development of Iran’s ballistic missiles, a title that was not clearly focused under the 2015 agreement.
“There are sanctions on terrorism, restrictions on their ballistic missile program, and such restrictions,” he said. Those restrictions, if they are not part of the deal, will remain in their place. “
Rubio did not comment on the CNN report, but said it was no secret that Israel was studying military powers.
Disastrous answer
Israel – Iran’s oath -taking enemy – is threatening to use force against Iranian nuclear sites, but has faced resistance from Trump.
On Thursday, Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps spokesman Ali Mohammad Neni warned of a “devastating” response in the event of an Israeli invasion.
According to the ISNA News Agency, Nanny said, “If the Zionist government commits a foolish act and attacks, it will definitely get a devastating and decisive response to its small and weak geography,” said Nanny, according to the ISNA News Agency.
On Thursday, the Iranian army’s ground forces unveiled three new drones, in which it added two recovery and one comic drone to its weapons.
Earlier, a group of protesters gathered near the Fordo nuclear enrichment plant south of Tehran to express their support for the country’s nuclear activities.
The crowd hoisted the Iranian flags and shouted slogans like “nuclear energy is our inevitable right” and “no compromise, no surrender, just confront the United States”.
Iran does not recognize Israel and generally describes it as a “Zionist government”, and the two countries have fought the shadow war for years.
Against the growing regional tensions due to the Gaza war, the two enemies traded directly last year.
