Congratulations to Pakistan’s Armed Forces on the success of Operation Bonean Um-Marsus, launched against India’s indiscriminate aggression, Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif warned his Indian counterpart Narendra Modi that any future enmity with India would be a strong and extraordinary response.
“Modi, if you try any other aggression process, you will have to face the consequences of imagination … We are ready for peace – and for war,” he said while addressing soldiers deployed in the frontline areas of Pasrur Cantonment near Sialkot.
The Prime Minister was accompanied by Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar, Defense Minister Khawaja Asif, Minister for Planning and Development Ehsan Iqbal and Information Minister Ataullah Tar.
Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) said that Chief of Army Staff (COA) General Syed Asim Munir and Air Staff Chief, Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Babar Sudhu were also present during the visit.
During this visit, the Prime Minister received a comprehensive briefing on the war and the current operational preparation of the core.
Addressing the officials, he termed the success of Operation Bonyan Um-Marsus as a historic moment, saying that the Pakistan Armed Forces have avenged the 1971 war by giving a decisive and powerful response to Indian aggression.
He added, “History will record forever, how within a few hours, Pakistan’s guards extinguished India’s indiscriminate aggression with unprecedented health and commitment.”
The Prime Minister further said that the brave Pakistan Armed Forces, which are strong through the unwavering commitment of the nation, have bravely defended the motherland and the disgusting aggression of the opponent has been a decisive blow.
He said that books would be written on Pakistan’s recent military success, and it would be described as proof of the bravery and professionalism of the armed forces.
He praised the leadership and personnel of the army, the Navy and the Air Force and said that he had “put Pakistan’s enemies in his place”.
Taking the purpose of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Prime Minister Shahbaz said that the world knows who trained Mukti Bahane in 1971. “Today, the same nexus is seen in support of groups like BLA and TTP, and it returns to Modi.”
He rejected the Indian Prime Minister’s recent statements, saying: “Mr Modi, keep his fire speeches. Pakistan is looking for peace in the region, but do not make our desire for stability as a weakness.”
Referring to the suspension of the Indus Waters Agreement, he warned India against the tampering, saying: “If India even thinks about stopping Pakistan’s water, let it know: water and blood cannot flow together.” “This is a red line that we cannot compromise on.”
He said that the armed forces have crushed the false sense of regional dominance occupied by India. He added, “This is the illusion that India is a regional power.
The Prime Minister assured that Pakistan is committed to discussing all resolution issues, including the Kashmir dispute. However, he said: “We will not allow a one -sided approach where only sweet things are welcomed and bitter truths are ignored.”
He also warned Modi that any future enmity from India would be fulfilled with a tremendous and unprecedented response. He added, “Modi, if you try any other aggression process, you will have to face consequences beyond imagination.”
Talking to officers and brave men on the frontline, Premier praised his high enthusiasm, extraordinary professionalism and unprecedented preparation.
“Pakistan is very proud of its brave sons. They are the crown jewelry of the nation,” he said, adding that the clear aggression of children, women and the elderly against innocent civilians and declared them terrorists is extremely shameful and against all international laws, principles and morals.
He said that despite the offer of a neutral investigation of Pakistan, India deliberately ended such a path, because they had nothing to prove and based on a false excuse and fool arrogance and ego, it started the aggression, “for which it received a very appropriate reaction.”
The Prime Minister also said that the martyr has always been “proud of us and the nation will be indebted to him forever.”
‘Operation Bonean-A-Marsus’
The Pakistan Armed Forces launched a massive retaliation, called “Operation Bonyan Um-Marsus” and targeted several Indian military attacks in several regions.
The strikes described by the personnel as “precise and proportional” were carried out in response to India’s continued aggression in the Line of Control (LoC) and Pakistan, which New Delhi claimed that “terror targets” were aimed at.
At least 87 hours later, the war between the two nuclear armed countries ended May 10 with a ceasefire agreement by the United States.
According to the ISPR, during the recent military confrontation, Indian strikes, including 13 personnel and 40 civilians, were involved in a total of 53 people, including 13 people.
The military confrontation between the two countries began with an attack in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK) in which 26 tourists were killed, India accused of attacking without any evidence.
Islamabad denied any links to the attack and demanded a neutral inquiry. It states that the targets on Wednesday were citizens.
