ISLAMABAD: At a joint meeting of the Pakistan Tehreek -e -Insaf (PTI) political and basic committees, on Friday, strongly condemned the Indian aggression and criticized the federal government for lack of response, calling it “ineligible and illegal.”
In a statement after the meeting, the PTI expressed deep regret that “Hindutva centers and followers” have not been held accountable for the disgrace of mosques and the martyrdom of innocent people. The committees condemned that they expressed India’s “cowardice, unprecedented, and criminal” aggression and expansion of the families of the victims.
In this statement, Shahbaz Sharif’s coalition was criticized for his “incentive and confusion”, and accused him of encouraging India through failure to give a decisive response. The PTI called for a comprehensive national strategy associated with ground facts and national sentiment.
