KARACHI: Sindh Police Chief Ghulam Nabi Memon presided over a meeting at the Central Police Office of Karachi on Friday and reviewed the digitization of the Sindh Police Department’s Investigation, the introduction of new reforms and the current performance of the department.
Officials said that the process of digitalization and transparency has been completed by eliminating unnecessary delays related to forensic research, including police surgeons, Medico-Lawni officers (MLOS), DNA, food, chemical and other forensic investigations.
Analytical reports of medical examination, crime equipment and evidence are being uploaded to the digital application prepared by Sindh Police by police surgeons, MLOs and laboratory administration.

The participants of the meeting were briefed on the importance and goals of digitalization, its use methods, benefits, reforms and the overall performance of MLOs and laboratories.
