According to the Indian Express, New Delhi has allegedly granted shelter to Abir Gollal, which has stopped Fawad Khan’s return to Bollywood, after the Phalgam attack in which 26 killed in IIOJ.

Referring to Kapoor, he added that if the film’s heroine or family members of the family were shot by the terrorists, they would not work with Khan.
In addition, before the Pahalgam attacks, Abir Gilal faced opposition to right -wing political factions in India.
Maharashtra Nunarman Sena (MNS) objected to the release of the film in Maharashtra. MNS spokesman Umayyad Khopkar said his party would not allow the film to be displayed in the state due to the involvement of Pakistani actor.
