Rawalpindi: Security forces shot dead two terrorists, including a high value target, in Tergara area of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, during an intelligence -based operation (IBO), called Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR).
According to the army’s media wing, the operation took place on the Kharijit’s report in the area.
In a brief statement issued by the ISPR, “while conducting the operation, the soldiers themselves surrounded and effectively engaged the Kharijites location, and two were sent to hell, including a high price target,” a brief statement issued by the ISPR.
The media wing of the Armed Forces said that Hafizullah was involved in several terrorist activities against security forces and innocent civilians.
He added, “That law enforcement agencies and the government fixed Rs 10 million on it.”
The ISPR said that a Senate operation is being conducted to eliminate any other terrorists found in the area because “Pakistan’s security forces are determined to eliminate the threat of terrorism from the country”.
Meanwhile, Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif paid tribute to the security forces for his successful operation at the lower draw, which resulted in the elimination of terrorists.
In a statement, the Prime Minister reaffirmed the government’s commitment to thwart the blasphemous design of the enemies of humanity. He said that the fight against terrorism would continue as long as the country would end the threat.
