Caseer case

Toshakhana Case I

After delaying the decision three times, in January this year, an accountability court in the federal capital sentenced Pakistan to PTI founder, his wife, Bashara Babi, in a case of 190 million.
Accountability Court Judge Nasir Javed Rana sentenced the PTI founder to 14 years and his wife to seven years imprisonment, while he also slapped heavy fines during a temporary court proceedings in Adiala Jail.
The PTI founder will have to pay a fine of Rs 1 million and his wife has been fined Rs 0.5 million. If they fail to pay the fine, the former Prime Minister will serve six months and Basra for three months.
