Geneva: Five years ago, the World Health Organization (WHO) on Tuesday announced Kovide 19 to be a global pandemic-a moment that shook the world and world leaders towards the coming punishment.
Five weeks ago, the most alarm, but the warning, was not ignored, except the word “pandemic”.
