Ahmedabad, India: Top-order batsman Shubman Gul retained his good shape with a shining century so that India’s hammer scored 142 runs to England and broom the ODI series 3-0 on Wednesday.
112 balls off 102 balls for the first batting at the world’s largest cricket stadium in Ahmedabad, leading India to 356. England started strictly in their reply, but once the left -wing quick Arshadip Singh removed the openers, then the wickets were regularly timid and the tourists were out for 214 in 34.2 overs.
