The KS & EW Pakistan is building 02 X State of the State of the Art for the Navy 3,000 tonnes of Discovering PN Milljim/Babar Class Coresettes. The design is based on modern trends and is confirmed by the truck Louido (TL). The main roles of these cores include anti -level, anti -surfaces, anti -air, surveillance and intelligence gathering, day and night hello operations, command and control ships and combat search and rescue. While secondary characters include the role of the war time, maritime security operations, training and military operations. The ship can also operate the ASW/ASUW operation through a organic helicopter and has the ability to defend the risk of chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear (CBRN). The length of these carvings is 108.2 meters, width 14.8 meter, draft 4.1 meter, 3000 tonnes of migration, speed 26 knots and range 4000 nm. The central propolas system has been classified as joint diesel and gas (Kodag) while weapons include 76 mm main guns, 02 x 25 mm guns, SSM, SAM, PDMS and Tarpedo Yes. The sensor includes surveillance radar, navigation radar, fire control radar, Sonar, ESM and IRSM.
A trilateral agreement was signed between MODP, KS & EW and TRKIYE’s M/S Asfat on September 06, for the construction of 06 X PN PN Class Cores. Under the agreement, 02 X ships (PN Milljim No. 1 and 2) will be built in KS & EW in Istanbul Naval Shipyard and 02 X ship (PN Milljim No. 3 and 4). Design for the construction of ships and providing KOM M/S asfat off Turkey.
To meet project timelines and increase the construction of capacity, KS & EW installed additional CNC cutting machines with modern tools and equipment equal to technical promotion in the shipbuilding industry. In addition, a large number of welders were also created a class certification for all welding works (block -fold, block assembly, block assembly, piping, out -fitting, and power works). In the 20 months time for each ship, 48 hull blocks and blocks were completed.
PN is being constructed under a 04 -level quality control system, which includes inspection by relevant workshops, inspection of the KS & EWQC department, checks by PN Inspection Team and third party audit through a class surveyer. Also include a paint inspection through NACE II inspector inspection standards. More than 20,000 inspections have been inspected in history, for the first time the qualifying percentage is more than 95 %.
PN Miljium No. 3 and 4’s nail savings were launched on October 28 and 05, October 28 and 05, respectively. The organizational work of 3000 tonnes of PN Milgium has been a difficult task. The number of machinery/equipment that includes central propulsion system, power generation and distribution system, weapons, sensors and deck fittings. Currently, the work and trials of PN Miljium No. 3 are underway and the out -fitting work of PN Miljium No. 4 is underway. The first trip for PN Miljium No. 3 is scheduled by the end of 2025, after which the ship will be provided in the early 2026, after which PN Milgium No. 4 will be supplied.
