The relations between China and Pakistan cannot be limited or fully understood or fully understood by the China -Pakistan Economic Transit (CPEC). However, recent security has emerged as a major problem. Unfortunately, since its inception, the CPEC has become the main target of Pakistan and China’s friendship forces. Opponents are doing everything possible to weaken the smooth implementation of the CPEC. They are targeting it in a systematic and sophisticated way. First, he launched a narrative war, labeled the CPEC as a New East India Company, a debt trap, and claimed that it had captured Pakistani resources. Second, they issued the fifth generation war against the CPEC.
After failing to propagate their propaganda, they moved to employing aggressive hot tactics. In recent years, opponents have targeted Chinese citizens at various places in Pakistan, including Dasu and Karachi. They are particularly focused on Chinese citizens because they know that China is very sensitive to its citizens.
In this context, it is expected that security will be an important topic of debate between President Zardari and the Chinese leadership during his visit. They are likely to discuss the CPEC and Chinese citizens’ strategy to reduce security risks.
Ever since President XI started his duration, China’s security vision has been changing and ready. He is aware that as a growing power, a global economic and commercial center, and the largest investor, China’s security vision needs to be improved and strengthened. For example, BRI has 152 member countries, and China has somehow pledged to invest in them. Thus, in addition to bilateral and other engagements, Chinese citizens and economic interests will also spread to these 152 member states of the BRI. Against this background, China will have to protect its economic and developmental interests and human capital, which is divided worldwide. This will endanger the lives of hundreds and thousands of Chinese citizens, and China cannot afford it.
As a result of a child’s policy, a child represents the entire family. If a Chinese national is targeted or killed, it shows that the whole family is affected. Therefore, China has become very sensitive to this problem and makes every effort to protect the lives of its citizens at any cost.
In this way, he has vowed that any Chinese national should be resolved with full force anywhere in the world.
In the past, Pakistani agencies have done an amazing job, but now the threats have increased. Many opponents are targeting the CPEC and China -Pakistan relations and have joined the forces to weaken the CPEC. Some of them are major countries with considerable financial and other resources. In addition, after the successful execution of the first phase of the CPEC, they have intensified their efforts. In addition, the sudden withdrawal of the United States and its forces from Afghanistan has further complicated the situation. Unfortunately, many terrorist groups have emerged, and they are cooperating closely with CPEC opponents. Therefore, it is extremely difficult for Pakistan to compete with all its opponents.
Therefore, any security framework that Pakistan developed should be formed in close cooperation with China. This is not just a choice. This is very important. First of all, resource pools and strong cooperation will help meet opponents ‘resources and help prevent opponents’ efforts. Secondly, it will enable Pakistan to counter some of the CPEC’s opposition forces. Thirdly, China will have a direct insight to what is happening and who is targeting Chinese citizens. In this way, Pakistan should ignore propaganda and critics who disrupt security cooperation between Pakistan and China. Their criticism is deliberate. He acknowledges that joint efforts between China and Pakistan possess their plans and propaganda campaigns. Therefore, it is highly recommended that Pakistan find all routes to enhance the cooperation for CPEC security.
Second, the fifth generation of war is likely to increase in the coming days. Opponents will continue to spread unknown people, but this time, they will use a new strategy. He will focus on active diplomats, government officials and experts who try to strengthen bilateral relations. A recent example included a Western media outlet story that misused a Chinese official. The purpose of this resort is to silence influential voices, especially those who fight and reduce propaganda. This time a Chinese diplomat was targeted. A Pakistani diplomat may be next. In addition, they will engage and mobilize the so -called independent think tanks to fabricate the misrepresentation and spread the content of the public. It will be deployed to create chaos and to tarnish the image of the CPEC, while people will be provoked to target Chinese citizens and CPEC investment. Therefore, China and Pakistan should focus especially on the dynamics and challenges of the fifth -generation war.
Finally, by targeting Chinese citizens, opponents want to achieve two goals. First, create a difference between China and Pakistan. Second, dry investment and economic opportunities for Pakistan, which are in full need to deal with Pakistan’s financial, social and economic issues. Targeting Chinese citizens, they create fear among potential investors, and send a message that if sugar is not safe, how can other citizens feel safe? Therefore, Pakistan and China should join hands to devise a comprehensive security framework to secure the CPEC and Chinese citizens.
